Your mortgage deal is due to come to an end but the good news is that as an existing customer we can give you access to exclusive mortgage deals, to say thank you for your loyalty. By switching to one of these deals you could save money on your monthly repayments and can be done in three simple steps.
 

Getting a new deal with us takes three easy steps

1. Select the product or products that you are interested in from our range of exclusive deals. You will be given the option to pay or add any associated product fees to the loan.
2. When you're ready click the "Submit" button.
3. We will send you your personalised illustration or ESIS containing all the specific information. If you are happy once you've reviewed these you will be able to complete the mortgage product switch online.


Please allow up to 10 working days upon acceptance of your ESIS for us to process your product switch. This will help us to ensure payments are updated before your maturity and payment dates.


Execution Only
This mortgage process is an execution only basis (where no advice will be provided by Nottingham Building Society). This means you will not benefit from the same level of protection as a customer who has received advice on the suitability of the product switch (which may include the right to refer to the Financial Ombudsman Service).


However we will be more than happy to talk to you if you feel that you need help with your options. Similarly, if your details have changed, there has been a significant change to your circumstances or you would like to review elements of your mortgage then please call us.

The total amount payable would be £134413 made up of the loan amount plus interest (£44413). The overall cost for comparison is 6.21% APRC
